Mixed Platter

 

Falafel; stuffed vine leaves; feta, chilli and olive salad;  char grilled aubergine, pine nuts, mint and garlic;  hummus,  radishes, caper berries and pitta bread.

 

Chicken kebabs marinated in lemon, garlic, coriander and olive oil.  Served with tzatziki.

 

Steak kebabs marinated in cumin, cinnamon and garlic.  Garnished with pickled chillies.

 

Lamb kebabs marinated in oregano, garlic, lemon and parsley. Served with hummus.

 

Halloumi sliced char grilled and topped with olive oil, lemon, red onion, chilli, black olives, baby tomatoes and parsley.

 

Aubergine, fried with chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, garlic, green peppers, cumin, chillies and coriander.

 

Char grilled courgettes, aubergine, red and green peppers, tomatoes, red onion, chilli, garlic and oregano.

 

Goats’ cheese marinated in black pepper, chilli, mint and olive oil.  Served with radicchio, black olives and baby tomatoes.
