My name is Jane and I work with my father Chris. We have always worked
together in catering and hospitality. Chris first trained as an army chef, the start of his catering career. In 1976 I joined
the family business. Through our love of good food we have always strived to provide the freshest, most varied food choices,
and take pride in both food quality and presentation.
We thought we would try a different approach to supplying your lunch
As well as tasty sandwiches we have put together a range of platters, so depending on what you want to eat you have a
choice. Maybe one day you would have a Sandwich and an Indian platter, another day a Seafood platter and Cheese board.
They are all designed to complement the Sandwich platter, with the exception of the Seafood which is bread based. We
hope you will have the experience of a lunch buffet, something different to eat each day.
Or you may just want a Sandwich Platter and a basket of crisps!
In 1989 we established Crisp Pasteries and supply beautiful, hand made to order desserts. We have served the three armed
forces over the years (and through them the royal family and many VIP's), as well as restaurants, public houses, shops and
delis.
We have included a selection here, should you wish to finish your lunch with something special.
Given the design of the menu the platters are for a minimum of five people. We ask that orders be placed by 12 noon the
day before your lunch.
All platters are finger food with the exception of the Cheese board and Salad platter. We are sorry we cannot supply
cutlery.
